    Wonderful book, great resource for me to provide meals low in fat, sugars, cholesterol for my family. Being 50% Norge, I was raised eating several of these foods. Although, not as nicely portrayed…:)

    I am back from a treck in Iceland. I bought Sidgal Hrokkbraud- rug og splet – very crunchy crackers packed with lin seeds, sesame and sunflower seeds
    can u help me with a recipe ?
