(Or barley flakes or rolles oats)
smooth peanut butter
Agave syrup to taste
Preheat oven to 390 °F
Mix rye flakes with apple sauce. Add the peanut butter, cinnamon, agave syrup to taste.
Form mixture into small clusters (as shown) using a spoon. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or wax paper and bake for 12 minutes. Yield 8 clusters
