Easy Oatmeal Pancakes

Super easy Oatmeal Pancakes that your kids are gonna love!

Ingredients

  • 2 dl (0.8 cup) instant oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 5 dl (2.1 cup) milk (for at vegan version substitute with cashew nut milk or almond milk)
  • cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Start by making the oatmeal. Bring oats to boil in a pot with milk and a mashed banana.

  2. Let it boil while stirring and when the poridge is thick, take it off the heat. It takes a few minutes.


  3. Serve a bowl to your child/children and leave the rest for a batch of pancakes.


  4. Form with a spoon small pancakes with remaining porridge on a baking sheet with baking paper


  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and maybe a little honey and bake in the oven at 200 gr (390 f) for approx. 15 min or until they are nicely golden. Serve hot or cold as a snack during the day, or enjoy it right away.
