  • 4 slices toasted sourdough bread
  • 4 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 2 handful wild blueberries
  • 1 handful unsalted pistachios
  • agave nectar
  • fresh mint for garnish


  1. Top the toast with a thick smear of creamy ricotta cheese.

  2. Spread out wild blueberries and roughly chopped pistachios.

  3. Drizzle with agave nectar. Garnish with fresh mint and serve!
