  • 400 (14 oz) gr peeled Jerusalem artichokes
  • 2 medium peeled apples
  • 1 twig fresh thyme use only the small leaves
  • 1/2 (0.2 cup)) dl cream
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper


  1. Cut the peeled Jerusalem artichokes and apples into medium sized cubes and boil them until tender.

  2. Remove from water and blend with cream and fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
