Let it boil while stirring and when the poridge is thick, take it off the heat. It takes a few minutes.
Serve a bowl to your child/children and leave the rest for a batch of pancakes.
Form with a spoon small pancakes with remaining porridge on a baking sheet with baking paper
Sprinkle with cinnamon and maybe a little honey and bake in the oven at 200 gr (390 f) for approx. 15 min or until they are nicely golden. Serve hot or cold as a snack during the day, or enjoy it right away.
