Healthy Apple & Peanut Butter Clusters

Rye flakes, apple sauce and peanut butter are ingredients I always have in my kitchen. I make my own apple sauce and normally add a lot of vanilla or cinnamon to the sauce. I usually put it on my chia porridge or as in this case use it for baking. These little, healthy Apple & Peanut Butter Clusters are some of my favorites, and they are perfect, if you don’t have time for eating breakfast in the morning, but instead need something to go. Kids also love them and they are great for the lunchbox as well.
